Pics from our visit to Potton's Cambridge showsite in 2004.
There are 3 houses built on site, these photos are of two of them - the Caxton and Gransden, both from the Heritage range.
The Caxton is a 4 bed with a floor area of 162 sq metres.
The Gransden is a larger 4 bed with a floor area of 219 sq metres (excluding optional sunroom and conservatory - I think). It's very nice....

NOTE: Remember that these are to demonstrate the sizes & layouts of the timber frame kits; the choice of brick, roof tiles, and all interior decor (except the doors & timber beams) are down to the self-builder (or more likely their local planning department).
